  • 2013 Lake Padden Triathlon - June 22, 2013

     

    The Padden Triathlon is an excellent first, second or twenty-second triathlon. Our course is simple, beautiful and well staffed. In an effort to make this a race you’ll enjoy year after year, we’ve made everything as simple as possible, so on race day you can focus on the event. Our goal is to make the Padden Triathlon the best organized, most affordable, chip timed event you’ll do all summer. Please start your triathlon season here in Bellingham.

  • Bellingham Kid's Traverse - Saturday, June 29th

    Saturday, June 29th, 2013 at Bellingham’s Civic Field

    We are excited to be hosting the First Annual Bellingham Kids Traverse.The course celebrates the life-cycle of wild salmon. Be the COOL PARENTSign your kids up today

    6 – 14 year-olds will compete as SOLO (Chinook), TANDEM (Coho), RELAY TEAMS (Chum)

    Starting in Civic Stadium, The course offers a 1 mi. Run through Salmon Woods; 1.5 mi.Mountain Bike around Civic and Geri Fields; .5 mi. Obstacle Course inside Civic Stadium; .25 mi Team TREK to Mallard Ice Cream Finish Line. Top 3 finishers in each age group get awards and all finishers get a Kids Traverse ribbon and ice cream.

  • Klicks Celebrates Summer With Saucony - Tuesday July 9th @ 6:30pm

    Join us and our brand new Saucony Rep Curtis on Tuesday July 9th at 6:30pm for a fun run. Curtis will bring the new Ride 6 and Triumph 10 for us to test run. Afterwards we’ll have some Rudy’s pizza and Chuckanut beer (for those over 21; ID will be checked).

    If you test run a shoe you’ll get a little free Saucony schwag and be entered into a drawing for a free pair of Saucony shoes. Like usual, we’ll have a fun time and since it will be sunny, we’ll all be smiling brighter than usual.


  • 46th Annual Chuckanut Footrace - Saturday, July 13th

    This point-to-point, seven-mile trail race starts at Marine Park in south Bellingham and finishes at Larrabee State Park, the oldest state park in Washington. The course follows the legendary Interurban Trail, which threads through the Chuckanut Mountains and features gorgeous views of Chuckanut Bay and the San Juan Islands. View the course map here. Busses will take runners back to the finish line and will leave with regularity.

    The finish-line party at Larrabee State Park will include live music, food, and drink. Age-group awards will be given, three deep in each five-year category. Top three male and female finishers will also be recognized. For more info, go to http://www.gbrc.net/chuckanut_footrace.php

    Packet pick-up will be on Friday, July 12th from 3-7pm at Klicks.

    The Ragnar Relay Northwest Passage will take you across the Pacific Northwest, through charming towns and markets and along the coastline. It’s a course designed for runners who love to take it all in! This Ragnar is truly one of our most beautiful courses as you’ll traverse toward the edge of the continent, through quaint villages and over peaceful, rolling acres of farmland.
